Chris then moved to Western Australia and worked in the mines for several years gaining a wealth of experiences in a wide range of electrical applications. He had the opportunity to manage various contracts in open cast mines, including construction, the entire electrical installation of site power and distribution and an asbestos isolation officer.

CLB Electrical Ltd enjoy working closely with local contractors on local projects but also have the resources to work further a-field from Horowhenua District and throughout the larger Wellington area.

Each year we sponsor local school raffles, the Jolly Santa Fishing Club, Kapiti Bowling Club and various other local raffles and groups as a small gesture of giving back to the community that supports our company.

We are members of the Electrical Contractors Association (ECANZ) and have strict health and safety policies in place to ensure the safety of all our clients, staff and the general public. We carry out regular training to ensure we are up to date with current NZ regulations that relate to our work practices.
